the neck is too narrow and I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal size

My wife said it fits her foot perfectly, they are more comfortable than she would have imagined, comfortable enough to be one of your everyday boots. She wears these every chance she gets now

These were beautiful and I love them but wayyy too small. I couldn’t even get my foot into them. I even went a half size bigger. They should have a sizing chart. Trying to return them is fun too ?
